PRONOIA - you were looking back to see if I was looking back at you to see you looking back at me

A specific title as an autonomous artwork for the exhibition “PARANOIA - I was looking back to see if you were looking back at me to see me looking back at you”. The inverted title of the exhibition itself, certified by an email to Tamara Beheydt, the curator of this exhibition. The interpretation of this artwork as well as its possible implementation in the exhibition was in the hands of the curator: 50 copies of the invitation flyer were reprinted with the inverted title. The artist invited artist Peter Lemmens to co-sign and number this reprinted flyers. This became an absurdly high numbered edition questioning the limitedness and the economic viability by virtually doubling up the whole edition. In 2016, both artists realized a certificate for the "Red Jacket" edition, issued by the same cultural center where this particular exhibition takes place.
