An existing artwork of Kris Van Dessel, part of the permanent collection of Tom Van Malderen, as the owner of the apartment in which the project 'Best Conditions' takes place. During 'Best Conditions' this particular drawing will be hung on the wall in the same spot where it was normally standing on a cabinet, Valletta, Malta.
