NT - PAINTING 2010-2023​

An existing artwork of Kris Van Dessel, part of the permanent collection of Tom Van Malderen, as the owner of the apartment in which the project 'Best Conditions' takes place. During "Best Conditions," this particular painting remains on the wall, in the same spot where it has normally hung all the time. A illogical place, since all other objects and artworks have been removed during the entire duration of the project.
