ARTIST DRIVEN SPACE edition

 

A free random shuttle service, as an artist run space, between the participating galleries, museums and art spaces of Antwerp Art Weekend. During these tours, passengers listened to sound works via the sound system of the shuttle car. There was a daily departure from De Studio, that functioned as the central venue of Antwerp Art Weekend. Passengers indicated to which location they wanted to be brought. 16 artists were asked to participate with a specific sound piece. Sound pieces from: Bettina Hutschek, Dennis Tyfus, Ersi Varveri, Esther Venrooy, Gijs Waterschoot, Hard End Soft, Jan Gordts, Karina Beumer, Kris Van Dessel, Lieven Segers, Maika Garnica, Mark Luyten, Pieterjan Ginckels, Ria Pacquée and Tram Scawped.
